Learning from setbacks

Learning from problems and obstacles is not always easy, and we all tend to feel defeated as we encounter these obstacles and problems. What I really appreciated about this book is that it looks at these life problems differently: our mistakes are not signs of weakness but learning and growth opportunities. It certainly changes my attitude and helped me see life's challenges in a different light: as challenges to overcome, not problems to feel sad about.

When you are depressed, who do you want to talk to? No one.
Where do you want to go? No where.
Depression hurts and this book helps.
Our mind is our spiritual estate and as such we must look after it, nurture it and take care of it. Depression is a horrible demon and this book can help. Happiness is a state of mind and like all states of mind it can be induced. This book can help. Wonderfully written and carefully thought out, it’s like having a conversation with the author, and at the end, you feel fulfilled, it’s a method to relieve your stress, think and feel better about yourself. It worked for me.

To keep you from feeling overwhelmed, the author has broken down her method for feeling better in 31 steps. The description of this book lists the steps, and once you read through them you’ll understand how thoroughly this subject is covered.

This is an excellent, well written guide.
