Cold Moon Rising

*I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
To start with, I really enjoyed most of this book right up until the last sentence when I realized... that was it... no more story. It didn't even read like it was a cliff hanger, the story just ends. I actually hollered and groaned out loud. That's how exciting the end of the book was.
OK, on we go. I liked Jacob and Kelly and for such a short story, I found myself very invested in the characters and rooting for them to succeed. The tension and suspense buildup were very well done. The author has a nice flow to her writing. I didn't have to reread anything in order to figure something out that I didn't understand the first time through.
I was a bit irritated with Kelly the first few pages, but I was soon won over and Jacob is just a sweetie. Everything does happen very quickly because it is, after all, a novella. I'm looking forward to reading the end of this story, hopefully in the next book, because it will surely be a doozie if this beginning is anything to go by!
This is only the 2nd book of Sarah's that I have read and I have to say that I am delighted with Sarah's writing and happy that she has more books I am going to be able to gobble up. I am also looking forward to being able to watch her grow as a talented story teller in the years to come. I wish I had 1/2 her imagination but please, no more cliffhangers. My poor heart can't take the stress.

Great Read!

Every college girls dream guy!
I loved this one Miss Makela, but I was left hanging. Can't wait to read on what happens to Kelly and Jacob, this is a real cliffhanger, left me wishing I could get the continuation of it right now.
This book is definitely full of suspense and action. Write on Sarah!

Action packed all the way through the book Fast passed enjoyable story to read. Very well written and great story line. I can see so many more stories from this author around this stony line and yet she makes them self contained. Extremely entertaining to read. Great job. I received this book free from the author for an Honest review.
